Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary
- The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the entire operations, leading the team, managing customers, and sales, compliance with standard and safety measures during production as well as seeing to the running of the store and inventory management for the organisation.
Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and reordering to minimize waste and maintain supply levels.
- Supervise the receipt and inspection of goods to maintain quality standards.
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and support to store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Schedule and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and balanced workloads. 3. Conduct performance reviews and assist in skill development for team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure customer needs are reflected in operational decisions.
Sales and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to develop sales strategies and promotional plans.
Collaboration with Office Manager:
- Work closely with the Office Manager to align store operations with overall company objectives.
- Share insights on inventory and customer feedback to assist with social media strategies.
- Coordinate efforts on special projects, such as seasonal campaigns or new product launches.
Compliance and safety:
- Ensure the store complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: HND or B.Sc. in any field
- Â At least 2 years of experience.
- Female candidates are preferable.
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written.
- A good understanding of Yoruba is a plus
- Ability to communicate formally and be an excellent team player.
- Follow instructions with apt attention to detail, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Tech and social media savvy.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
