Job Title: Store Attendant / Loader

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Attendant/Loader to support operations in our restaurant.
- This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and issuing inventory, as well as loading supplies and packaged food items for kitchen use and dispatch.
- The ideal candidate should be physically fit, organized, and familiar with inventory handling procedures in a food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and raw materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
- Organize and label items in the store for easy retrieval.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Load food and supply items from the store to the kitchen or dispatch area as needed.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory checks.
- Keep the store and loading areas clean and orderly.
- Report low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a storekeeping or loading role, preferably in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock management.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
