Job Title: Steward (Live-In)
Location: Yaba, Lagos

General Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, countertops, floors, and walls.
Stocking and Inventory:
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and utensils.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
Waste Management:
- Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
- Ensure recycling guidelines are followed.
- Minimize waste through proper handling and usage of materials.
Support for Kitchen Operations:
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean and ready-to-use equipment.
- Transport food or supplies between storage and preparation areas as needed.
Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards:
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment and kitchen facilities.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all items are cleaned and stored properly.
- Time Management: Complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
