Location: Warri, Delta

Introduction

  • The Station Attendant is the face of Pinnacle Oil and Gas, providing essential customer service and support to ensure a smooth fueling experience.
  • This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the oil and gas sector, with the opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with fueling vehicles and handling fuel transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the fuel pumps and surrounding areas.
  • Provide support to customers in locating items within the convenience store.
  • Assist in stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Measurable KPIs

  • Customer service feedback scores.
  • Station cleanliness ratings.
  • Compliance with safety protocols.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • No prior experience required.

Competences:

  • Basic customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Position based in Warri, Nigeria.
