Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic Solar Sales Manager with a strong understanding of Nigeria’s renewable energy market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a robust sales history, an extensive market network, and a passion for growing solar business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development for solar PV modules, inverters, and batteries.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with solar distributors, EPC contractors, and installers.
  • Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.
  • Negotiate profitable deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor policies and market dynamics influencing solar adoption.
  • Work with technical teams to deliver optimal solar energy solutions.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Experience in solar sales, particularly in off-grid, mini-grid, or C&I markets.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian market and key players such as Lumos, Arnergy, and Dyque, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience in sales is required.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
