Job Description
- As they expand, they’re looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and connect with a loyal community of food lovers.
Role Overview
- We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy.
- You’ll be responsible for managing content, engaging with followers, analyzing performance, and building a strong online presence that reflects the restaurant’s identity and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Engage actively with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and optimize content
- Collaborate with kitchen/creative teams for photo and video shoots
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in the food & hospitality industry
- Run paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed
- Manage the brand’s voice across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content creation tools
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to shoot and edit engaging content (photo/video)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
