Description
- The Snacks Territory Manager plays a vital role in driving the growth of the confectionery category specifically the Bambi portfolio within an assigned territory.Â
- This role is responsible for executing the sales strategy, managing trade and brand activities, and ensuring strong in-market performance through close collaboration with canvassers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy within your assigned territory.
- Develop market-specific sales guidelines aligned with the Nigeria Snacks business unit.
- Integrate confectionery products into daily operations while maintaining strategic focus.
- Drive trade and brand-related activities, including local sales campaigns and budget management.
- Oversee the lifecycle of new product launches, from customer engagement to pilot testing and execution.
- Monitor market trends and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with canvassers to ensure excellence in-store execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic plans.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Support the Snacks Development Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
