Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Supervise daily parking operations to ensure efficiency and smooth traffic flow within the facility.
- Ensure all parking equipment, including; ticket dispensers, payment machines, and barriers, is functioning properly.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor the facility’s revenue collection processes, ensuring accuracy in ticketing and payment systems.
- Assist in financial reconciliation, ensuring all daily revenue is properly accounted for and recorded.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Onboard new employees;
- Manage allocated float.
Requirements
- A minimum of an ND (National Diploma).
- 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Basic usage of Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and provide clear direction to staff.
- Proximity to Ikeja, Bonny Camp and its environment is a plus.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
