Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the site. Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage on-site construction teams.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets expectations.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote safety protocols on the construction site. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Stakeholders Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on-site. Provide regular updates on project progress and address concerns.
Resource Management:
- Efficiently manage construction resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures. Provide input into budgeting and forecasting activities.
Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction promptly. Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years of work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
