Job Title: Senior Secretary

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Plan, organize and schedule his Principal for daily and weekly activities
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum of HND or Degree in Secretarial Studies or any related field.
  • Relevant training certifications will be added advantages.
  • Mature male candidates only.
  • Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in secretarial management.
  • Not less than 40 years old.
  • Must have worked as secretary in reputable companies
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
