Job Title: Cost Accountant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- As our Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and controlling the costs associated with a project, such as large-scale construction projects where there are multiple subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers who all need paying.
- Also forecasting expenditures, planning budgets, classifying costs by type, verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget.
Responsibilities
- Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field.
- 3-5 Years of working experience in a similar role
- Good communication skill
- Reporting writing skill.
Salary
NGN 250,000 – NGN400,000 gross Monthly.
