Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Associate to join our team.
- In this role, you will take a leadership position in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our clients’ needs. You will also mentor junior recruiters, develop strategic hiring plans, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and networking, to identify top talent.
- Maintain and enhance a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior recruitment associates in achieving their goals.
- Ensure all candidate documents are complete, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all verification and recruitment processes.
- Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports and metrics to management and clients.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CIPM, PHRI, or similar HR certifications are preferred and will be prioritised.
