We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager
Location: Oghara, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and optimization of Rainoil logistics processes
- Effective management of a team of logistics professionals
- Coordinating haulage and delivery of wet cargo products
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Developing and managing budgets and cost reduction initiatives
- Building sustainable and viable business relationships with stakeholders in the oil and gas Logistics business
- Identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain
- Implementing technology and process improvements to increase efficiency
- Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- First Degree (First class or Second-Class Upper Division)/HND in Transportation
- 7 years of relevant experience in logistics operations management
- MBA and professional qualifications is an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively manage people (Team of Logistics Specialist) and other resources.
- Proven knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil and Gas business
- Ability to handle supply chain challenges in Oil and Gas Industry
Required Skills:
- Effective finance management skills
- Effective route management skills(Nigeria)
- Good people management Skills
- Proven ability of inventory management
- Top-notch truck management skills
- Good Marketing skill of Oil and Gas Products
- Good communication skills (both in writing and verbal communication).
