Job Title: Senior Litigation Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Officer with a minimum of 7 years of post-call experience in commercial and corporate litigation.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring compliance with all legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend court proceedings and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Qualified to practice law in Nigeria with a minimum of 7 years of post-call experience.
- Proven experience in commercial and corporate litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly (Competitive).
