Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst (or in a similar role) is crucial.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL (preferable) are all important.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a mut.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is valuable.
- Expect to tackle complex financial challenges.
- Having relevant certifications (such as CFA or CPA) can give you an edge.
