Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Intelligence Associate, you will do the following:
- Partner with business and product stakeholders to define analytics needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that integrate multiple data sources and support strategic decision-making.
- Apply statistical concepts, predictive modelling, and rigorous data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, framing data in ways that drive product, business, and operational improvements.
- Lead initiatives to resolve data quality issues, ensure compliance with governance principles, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and customer feedback to shape product strategies and improve user experience.
- Support adoption of self-service analytics and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Act as a data storyteller, communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or product analytics roles.
- Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to manage and query large, complex datasets.
- Proven experience applying statistical analysis and predictive modelling in business contexts.
- Practical experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of product analytics principles, KPIs, and metrics that guide product strategy and growth.
- Track record of translating complex analysis into actionable business and product recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions through compelling data storytelling.
