Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking professional and dedicated individuals to join our security team for the safety and security of our school environment. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply for theSecurity Supervisor role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the security team.
- Conduct routine checks of school premises and security equipment.
- Train and guide security operatives to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate and report security breaches, incidents, or unusual activities.
- Develop and enforce policies for the security team.
- Work closely with school administration to implement safety measures.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND qualification (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a security role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Certification or training in security or safety is a plus.
