Job Title: School Admin Manager

Job Summary
- Our client is looking to hire a competent and experienced School Admin Manager to oversee the school’s administrative operations and support the management team in achieving academic and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the school
- Manage administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate student, staff, and institutional records
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and school facility management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Serve as the point of contact for parents, staff, and external partners
- Assist school leadership in planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
- Monitor and report on administrative processes and improvements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Teacher or Admin Officer
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Admin Manager in a reputable school
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of school management systems and Microsoft Office tools
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
