Job Title: School Admin Manager

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking to hire a competent and experienced School Admin Manager to oversee the school’s administrative operations and support the management team in achieving academic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the school
  • Manage administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain accurate student, staff, and institutional records
  • Oversee procurement, inventory control, and school facility management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Serve as the point of contact for parents, staff, and external partners
  • Assist school leadership in planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and report on administrative processes and improvements

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Teacher or Admin Officer
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Admin Manager in a reputable school
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
  • Good knowledge of school management systems and Microsoft Office tools

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
