Job Summary
- As our Salon Manager you will be responsible for daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.
- The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for the beauty industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to salon policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage salon budgets, sales targets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a salon management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 per month.
