Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and memorable customer experience.
- You will help deliver beautifully packaged gifts, support corporate and custom orders, and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets while upholding our brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure an exceptional in-store experience through warm, personalized customer service.
- Oversee product displays, gift wrapping stations, and merchandise arrangement.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to avoid shortages.
- Handle point-of-sale operations, manage transactions, and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Track daily sales performance and provide reports to management.
- Train team members on product knowledge, personalization options, and gift presentation.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and pop-up events.
- Assist with the coordination of corporate gift orders and special requests.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop proposals and marketing materials.
- Oversee sales performance across all channels, including online and in-store.
Required skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales.
- Solid understanding of retail sales, customer service, and merchandising.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in POS systems, basic inventory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Passion for creativity, presentation, and the art of gifting.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Experience in the gifting or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
