Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and memorable customer experience.
  • You will help deliver beautifully packaged gifts, support corporate and custom orders, and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets while upholding our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Ensure an exceptional in-store experience through warm, personalized customer service.
  • Oversee product displays, gift wrapping stations, and merchandise arrangement.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to avoid shortages.
  • Handle point-of-sale operations, manage transactions, and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Track daily sales performance and provide reports to management.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, personalization options, and gift presentation.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and pop-up events.
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate gift orders and special requests.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop proposals and marketing materials.
  • Oversee sales performance across all channels, including online and in-store.

Required skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales.
  • Solid understanding of retail sales, customer service, and merchandising.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficient in POS systems, basic inventory tools, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Passion for creativity, presentation, and the art of gifting.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Experience in the gifting or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
