Job Title: Sales Representative (Plastic)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastics industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plastics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the plastics market, including key players and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required.
