Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Greet, assist, and guide customers in selecting premium men’s clothing and accessories.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product line to effectively promote features and benefits to customers.
- Drive sales by providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Execute both indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and expand the client base through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for product promotion.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury retail or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
