Job Title: Sales Representative
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s supplement products to pharmacies, health outlets, and wellness practitioners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat sales and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, and distributors to drive product awareness and sales.
- Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising at customer outlets.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather and report feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product activations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and activity updates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Expansion of customer base and new account acquisition.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Frequency and effectiveness of client visits.
- Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in supplement or health product sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the supplement and wellness market, including distribution channels.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage time and territories efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
