Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description
- Identifying leads: Finding potential customersthat meets company’s goal
- Meeting with customers: Demonstrating products, answering questions, and discussing needswith the intent of retaining potential customers
- Building relationships: Maintaining contact with existing clients and developing new relationships
- Negotiating:Negotiating prices and terms, and preparing sales agreementsin line with company’s policies
- Providing customer service: Resolving complaints, handling returns, and providing price changes and discountsfrom time to time as business demands
- Analyzing trends: Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunitieswhere necessary
- Meeting goals: Contributing to the sales team by meeting sales target
Education Level
- NCE / OND / HND / Degree in Marketing or any related field
Competence Level:
- Sales representatives should be knowledgeable about the company’s products, have strong communication skills, and be able to effectively convey the value of what they’re selling to customer.
