Job Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the fashion industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell fashion products to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, boutiques, and direct consumers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise customers.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and fashion exhibitions to generate leads and represent the brand.
  • Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide feedback to the design and marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Maintain records of sales, customer accounts, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
