Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
