Job Title: Sales Representative

Summary
- Our client is seeking proactive and target-driven Sales Representatives to drive product sales and market expansion within the Lekki/Island axis.
- The role involves sales execution, distributor recruitment, inventory and debt management, customer service, and reporting.
- Only candidates residing in or around the Lekki axis will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product visibility and sales through field visits, cold calls, and lead follow-up
- Identify and recruit new distributors, while building strong relationships with retailers and customers
- Analyze customer needs, conduct cost-benefit assessments, and pitch product solutions effectively
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure timely product delivery and maintain proper stock levels and rotation to prevent shortages or expiries
- Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, transactions, collections, and debtors
- Submit regular reports and updates on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly for quick resolution
- Communicate sales plans, movement, and field activities to the Head of Sales
- Stay updated on industry best practices and apply improvements on the job.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HNDÂ / B.Sc in a relevant field
- 2 – 4 years proven sales experience in FMCG or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with the Lekki/Island market is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage inventory, track performance, and meet targets independently.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly base pay (plus commission).
