Role Description
- The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy sales team with day-to-day operations, managing customer service requests, communicating with clients, handling invoicing processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- The role will require close collaboration with different departments to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations or sales-support role (tech or distribution preferred)
- Proficient with CRMs (Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communicator—able to draft polished emails and update stakeholders succinctly
- Problem-solver mindset: comfortable identifying inefficiencies and driving small-scale process changes.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
