Job Title: Sales Merchandiser
Location: Benin, Edo

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Merchandiser to support our sales and marketing activities in Benin.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper visibility and display of our products in retail outlets, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit designated retail outlets to merchandise Erisco products.
- Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of products.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with store owners and attendants.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Report market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional and marketing campaigns at retail points.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in sales/merchandising, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a resident of Benin City.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily field targets.
