Job Title: Sales Merchandiser
Locations: Aba, Abia and Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are seeking Sales Merchandisers in Benin and Aba who will be responsible for product visibility, in-store branding, stock monitoring, and executing promotional activities across assigned retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective display of Erisco Foods products in retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking.
- Maintain good relationships with store owners and merchandisers.
- Implement and monitor promotional strategies and activities.
- Provide timely market feedback and reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising or field sales (FMCG industry preferred).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory.
- Must reside in or be familiar with Benin or Aba.
- Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice.
