Summary
- We are recruiting a dedicated Sales Merchandiser for our operations in Aba.
- The ideal candidate will ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility in retail outlets to drive sales and brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets to ensure proper product display and shelf positioning.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retailers.
- Implement product promotions and monitor in-store marketing materials.
- Track sales performance and market trends in the Aba area.
- Report competitor activities and provide market feedback regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and merchandising targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE; OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Aba market and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory.
- Must be proactive, organized, and target-driven.
