Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth strategies across our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Lounge units. This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, data-oriented, tech-savvy, and forward-thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to QSR and Lounge operations.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, targeting, and converting customer segments.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital channels, with a strong focus on ROI.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools (e.g., CRM platforms, social media automation, customer behavior analysis, Chatbots, etc.) to improve marketing performance and customer experience.
  • Initiate partnerships, promotions, brand activations, and events to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and boost performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate internal teams and external vendors/agencies in executing campaigns.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on marketing effectiveness.
  • Support and train team members on marketing innovations and customer engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in a Sales & Marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, QSR, lounge/bar, or nightlife industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable sales results and increase customer base.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital sales funnels, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in the use of AI-powered tools for marketing and customer targeting (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, predictive analytics, email marketing automation tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Smart, innovative, energetic, and proactive with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
