We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Manager – Soybeans, Soya Meal, and Soya Oil (Crude & Refined)
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Billing & Documentation:
- Prepare accurate invoices for dispatched soybean and its derivatives.
- Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices to customers.
- Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Liaise with field sales teams to confirm order processing and client updates.
- Credit Cycle Management:
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain credit limit records and share alerts with sales and finance teams.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, dispatches, payments, and pending orders.
- Share MIS with management and support financial reconciliation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1 – 3 years in billing, coordination, or finance support roles preferred
- Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales.
- Strong network in the oil mills, feed manufacturers, traders, and agro-industrial buyers
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
