Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experiencedSales Manager with a strong background in both construction and real estate Development to lead our sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both industries, with a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving business growth.
- This role is integral to our company’s expansion, and the Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client relationships, sales performance, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team focused on construction projects, real estate development, and property sales. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both the construction and real estate industries, including developers, contractors, investors, and real estate agents.
- Strategic Sales Planning:Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth in both construction and real estate markets.
- Business Development:Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within the construction and real estate sectors, including new construction projects, property sales, and partnerships.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing:Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and real estate transactions, ensuring successful closings and strong client satisfaction.
- Market Expertise:Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity within both industries to provide insight and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, architects, and real estate brokers, to ensure smooth coordination between sales efforts and ongoing projects.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management to senior leadership.
- Training & Development: Train and develop sales team members on both construction and real estate products, services, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management with a solid background in both construction and real estate.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of both the construction and real estate markets, including property development, real estate transactions, construction processes, and related regulations.
- Proven Success: A demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and growing revenue within both industries.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing a sales team, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving:Strong ability to analyze situations, overcome challenges, and create innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales in the construction and real estate sectors.
- Knowledge of real estate investment, property management, and land development.
