Job Title: Sales Manager – Catering & Events
Locations: Lekki and Mainland – Lagos

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager for Catering and Events is responsible for generating new business and managing client relationships to grow the company’s catering and event services.
- This role focuses on lead generation, sales strategy, and coordination with the operations and culinary teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- The ideal candidate is dynamic, target-driven, and experienced in event or hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase catering and event bookings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, private events, weddings, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and detailed event plans.
- Coordinate with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events, expos, and trade shows.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain a CRM system for tracking leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience in catering, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong network within corporate and private event sectors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
