Job Title: Sales Manager – Bulk Rice Market
Location: Kano

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for bulk rice in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in Bulk Rice Sales: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in selling rice in bulk markets (no retail experience, please). Retail and bulk markets are distinctly different, and we are specifically targeting the wholesale sector.
- Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for closing high-value sales.
