Job Summary
- As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales management or a related role
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
