We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage daily sales activities and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Education and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or management are an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess basic IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos State, or be willing to relocate.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends is an added advantage.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional attitude.

Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 per Month (based on experience and performance).
