Job Summary
- We are seeking an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to join its team as Sales Manager.
Job Description
- Research market trends and analyze competitors’ performance to develop effective sales strategies for your team.
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.
- Complete independent market research and list new prospects.
- Manage team performance, set team targets and goals.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
- A higher degree may be an advantage.
- Minimum of three years’ FMCG experience in a similar role.
- Age: Minimum of 35 years.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Remuneration
- Salary is N350,000 per month.
- There is prospect for career advancement.
