We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Man
Locations: Agege/Ifako, Epe, Ajao, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Lagos-Island and Ajah – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Worker Required: Three each per location
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License and LASDRI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in FMCG.
- Male Preferably.
