We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Leasing Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Are you a confident communicator and experienced closer looking for your next big opportunity?
  • We’re expanding our Sales & Leasing team and are in search of driven, smart, and client-focused individuals who are ready to thrive in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and close property sales and rental deals
  • Conduct property tours and client consultations
  • Negotiate and prepare offers, agreements, and leases
  • Build and manage a pipeline of clients and property owners
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to promote listings
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and opportunities within Lagos.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3+ years experience in real estate sales or leasing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
  • Good knowledge of Lagos Island property market (Ikoyi, Lekki, VI, etc.)
  • Ability to manage relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Bonus Points for:

  • Existing network of buyers, renters, or property owners
  • CRM or digital sales tool experience
  • Real estate certifications or ongoing training.
