Job Title: Sales Executive (Benin)
Location: Benin, Edo

Job Summary
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration by generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and executing regional sales strategies in assigned territories (Benin & Warri).
- This role is crucial in supporting ReelFruit’s expansion objectives and ensuring visibility and product performance in the field.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within assigned territory.
- Qualify leads and determine conversion potential.
- Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan to attract new clients.
Relationship Building & Account Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
- Manage accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise:
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ReelFruit’s products and offerings.
Sales Calls & Presentations:
- Conduct effective discovery calls and in-person presentations.
- Handle objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on closing deals.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Execute strategic sales plans as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Gather feedback from clients and analyze competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
Performance & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. / B.A in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG sales (dried fruits or food industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using data
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic
- Proficient in reporting and performance tracking.
