Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive will drive property sales by engaging clients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales performance history, and experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote property sales.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on sales performance to management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
