We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Ladipo / Mushin, Ikota and Sangotedo, Ajah – Lagos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New grad
Focus Area: Study Abroad Services

Summary

  • Are you an enthusiastic and results-driven individual ready to join our energetic sales team? As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote R-PRO GROUP’s services.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Attend bi-weekly office meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • SSCE / OND / HND / BSc degree in a relevant field (Education, International Relations, Marketing preferred etc).
  • At least 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Mobilization Fee: A one-time mobilization fee will be provided in the first month to support onboarding and initial engagement.
  • Allowance: Sales Executives will receive a monthly allowance of NGN 50,000.
  • Commission: Sales Executives will earn 10% of the service charge earned, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
