Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Ladipo / Mushin, Ikota and Sangotedo, Ajah – Lagos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, New grad

Summary
- Are you an enthusiastic and results-driven individual ready to join our energetic sales team? As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote R-PRO GROUP’s services.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Attend bi-weekly office meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- SSCE / OND / HND / BSc degree in a relevant field (Education, International Relations, Marketing preferred etc).
- At least 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation and Benefits
- Mobilization Fee: A one-time mobilization fee will be provided in the first month to support onboarding and initial engagement.
- Allowance: Sales Executives will receive a monthly allowance of NGN 50,000.
- Commission: Sales Executives will earn 10% of the service charge earned, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
