Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential clients across various sectors.
- Present and showcase our innovative solutions like warehousing, transportation, or international freight to prospective customers by ensuring client satisfaction for export and Import needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:Â Actively seeking out new clients and building relationships with potential customers.
- Needs Assessment:Â Understanding the specific logistics requirements of clients, including transportation modes, warehousing needs, and delivery timelines.
- Solution Development:Â Creating tailored logistics solutions that address client needs, potentially involving air, ocean, or road freight, warehousing, or other services.
- Quoting and Proposal Generation:Â Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
- Sales Coordination:Â Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements and smooth service delivery.
- Relationship Management:Â Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their ongoing needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis:Â Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/social science/HND or related field
- Buisness development and a mimimum of 2 years in related field
- Substantial knowledge of standard logistics procedures and practices is required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing Experience:Â Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Communication Skills:Â Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills:Â The ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Problem-Solving Skills:Â The capacity to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process or service delivery.
- Industry Knowledge:Â A good understanding of logistics operations, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
- Starter who takes initiative and can work independently
