Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in a pension firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance or a related industry and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our pension products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in insurance or a related industry
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in insurance or a related field is an advantage.

Salary

  • N89,000 per month.
