Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the banking/insurance sector.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales in the banking/insurance sector
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
