The Company’s business operation started in Kaduna from where it spread to other parts of the federation. Presently, Leadway has over 24 Branch Offices with Kaduna serving as the Registered Office and Lagos, the Corporate Office.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for generating and managing a portfolio of insurance clients. This role involves selling various insurance products, providing customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential clients for insurance products.
  • Conduct sales presentations and explain insurance policies to potential customers.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including policy inquiries and claim assistance.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Policy Management:

  • Administer insurance policies, including processing applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Continuously prospect for new clients to expand the client base.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and client preferences to inform product development.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in any field.
  • Proven track record in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
