We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3days Onsite,2 days Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the company’s real estate products and services.
- Close deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate and convert leads through both online and offline channels.
- Follow up effectively with prospects to maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the team.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 2 year proven sales experience with high closing skill (real estate experience is an added advantage)..
- Strong ability to close deals Outrightly and follow up consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of ethics and workplace behavior.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong digital and physical marketing skills.
- Must reside on the Island, Lagos.
- Male & Female applicants are welcome.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Salary
N200,000 per month + Commission + Incentives.
