We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Devise a highly effective real estate marketing strategy to drive qualified traffic and generate sales.
- Work with Sales Team to deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure implementation.
- Formulate, organise and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities.
- Manage marketing and sales activities, advertising and promotional events.
- Supervise the media team to also produce valuable and engaging content.
- Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
